Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing and delivering presentations to clients, negotiating with prospect clients, and meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as establishing and maintaining professional business relations with stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction. While the role will be located in Marousi, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B and Β2C sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good understanding of sales performance metrics
- Self-motivated, determined, and target-driven
- Ownership mentality with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both Greek and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Very good use of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in a similar role in the training and consulting industry is a plus
