Your main purpose
- Data Collection: Collect data related to the buildings and machinery within the hotels
- Data Organization: Organize the collected data in a structured format for easy analysis and usage
- Data Registration: Input organized data into CMMS software for record-keeping
- Data Maintenance: Regularly update databases to reflect any changes or updates in hotel conditions
- Software Utilization: Efficiently use CMMS software to manage and track all related data
- Data Verification: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all entered data, performing quality checks as needed
What will you bring?
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a technical institute
- Previous experience in data entry and database management
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when entering and managing data
- Superior command of English, both in written and verbal forms
