The responsibilities of the Team Leader Data Entry will include:

• Lead, coordinate, and support a team of 12–13 specialists processing customer dispatch notes.
• Track daily performance metrics to ensure accuracy, speed, and overall productivity targets are met.
• Conduct regular quality checks via Excel following data entry in the Exantas system, executing corrective actions and updating relevant teams.
• Maintain fast, seamless data entry execution to ensure smooth downstream logistics operations.
• Oversee job postings and facilitate rapid onboarding to maintain optimal team capacity.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader within Data Entry, Logistics, Back-Office, or Operations environments.
• Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office
• Desired knowledge of CRM (knowledge of Exantas is a strong asset)
• Very good knowledge of English
• The willingness to bring improvement and change to processes in an organized environment
• Excellent communication skills
