lmw is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Site Manager, on behalf a telecommunications multinational company, dedicated to providing optimized turn-key solutions in the fields of infrastructure and broadband technologies. The role is based in Germany.
As Construction Site Manager you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the site throughout the delivery of the project. It is expected that you will act in a professional and responsible way at all times maintaining good working relations with the rest of the construction team, the client, our chain of sub- contractors, suppliers etc.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising construction teams to comply with technical standards and guidelines;
- Managing project costs, supplies; communicating with Procurement Dpt. for project needs and equipment.
- Delivery of the required technical documentation
- Reaching the daily/monthly production targets; reporting to the Project Manager on the progress of the construction works.
- Managing communication between the organization and third parties.
