is looking to recruit a Concierge Agent
in Santorini for season 2024.
We are seeking a trustworthy
hotel concierge to contribute to an overall bespoke customer experience, increase our reputation and ensure guest satisfaction. Our concierge will be the first point of contact for our guests, so the first impression of our hotel depends on your friendliness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a people's person, reliable and smart individual, able to provide with our guests a wide smile and warm greeting handling all incoming requests.
Responsibilities :- Check arrivals and welcome visitors
- Managing vip guests and completing their requirements
- Participate in the check-in/out process of guests
- Guest orientation and promotion of all hotel services
- Anticipate guest needs and build great relationships
- Follow concierge sales plan and upselling techniques
- Handling customer complaints and communicate them with presicion to detail to the Front Office Manager
- Record incidents and ensure comprehensive communication with reception daily
- Ensuring smooth operation according to health and quality standards
- Complying with company procedures and safety policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Concierge Department in a 5 star Hotel
- Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Economics will be considered as an asset
- Excellent command of both Greek and English language (oral and written). *Additional languages will be considered as an asset.
- Experienced in computer (proficiency knowledgeable of Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of Hotel Computer Systems and previous experience with PMS systems
- *Knowledge of Pylon hospitality by EpsilonNet will be considered an asset
- Ability to Multitask & work under pressure
- Communication & Presentation skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Team Player
