Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leading global telecommunications service provider, for an experienced professional to cover the following position:

IT Services Coordinator


Job Description
• Follows relationships with external clients and organizations to assess their technology, support, and generally their needs
• Provides client assessments, pitches IT equipment and service packages during meetings or presentations
• Supports innovative solutions that meet clients’ needs while remaining cost effective
• Manages projects by creating timelines, adhering to budgets, and assigning staff members
• Specializes in ICT needs and demands for the corporate industry
• Maintains familiarity with current and upcoming IT equipment, services, and other developments
• Coordinates customer support, and management for equipment and network services when necessary
• Upholds a sense of customer service and measures client satisfaction
• Customer after sales support Interface for large accounts on ICT projects, such as government and other customized Bundle Data Center & Cloud solutions
• Order & Project Management
• Monitoring the SLA/KPIs performance and creating Service Improvement Plans (SIP) for respective customers
• Liaising with Vendors/partners for respective solutions
• Supporting the organization for the ISO 20000-1:2018 system activities (ITIL compliance) -project coordination between stakeholders and IT tools integration with structured ITSMS processes

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven working experience with computers and networks
• About 3 years of experience with Customer Service and Management
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and critical way of thinking
• A team player
• Strategic and Analytical thinker
• Excellent time management skills and ability to working under pressure
• ITIL certificate will be considered as an advantage
