Diamond Collection Hotels, a modern and luxurious hotel complex on the beautiful island of Kos, is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented professionals to join our restaurant and service team for the upcoming summer season 2026.

🍽️ Main Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests according to hotel standards

• Excellent knowledge of à la carte service and food presentation

• Cooperate effectively with restaurant and other hotel departments

• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations

• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver service with a smile

⭐ Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position within 4★ or 5★ hotels

• Excellent command of the English language (mandatory)

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an asset

• Team spirit, flexibility, and a positive attitude

• Strong commitment to quality, guest satisfaction, and service excellence
