Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (5552/EMS/ESS/GR)
Profile:
The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for providing successful execution of preventive maintenance programs and improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of electrical equipment with Health and Safety standards
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of high and medium voltage substations, as well as the distribution network.
- Conduct maintenance on electrical equipment across production lines, cranes, buildings, and supporting infrastructure.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production lines.
- Lead efforts to upgrade electrical equipment within production lines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop specifications and receipt of electrical equipment for new projects.
- Guarantee uninterrupted electrical supply to critical equipment, eliminating downtime and breakdowns.
