Your main purpose
- Project Supervision: Provide support to Architect & Designer Senior Manager, focusing on supervision of design process prepared by outsourced Architecture and Design studios for the new projects of the Group
- Process Management: Contribute to the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, with a focus on architectural and design aspects and provide input on project feasibility, taking into consideration design aesthetics, functionality, and budget constraints
- KPIs Monitoring: Ensure that architectural and design elements seamlessly align with the predefined project goals and specifications
- Projects' Controlling: Ensure projects fulfilled all control processes (Planning, budget control, implementation, and reporting) which need to be monitored and controlled
- Reporting and Guidelines: Support the Design Department in the creation of the new Group Design Guidelines to be used by external and in-house teams in all future projects, feasibility report, definition of refurbishments scope of works on each hotel according to the Business Plan
- Team Management: Site supervision and coordination with all the technical parties involved in the project as well as the Group’s team on site
What will you bring?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with over 4 years of architectural design experience in Hospitality projects, including international work on projects of similar scale
- Strong knowledge of the concept and design process, project documentation, materials specifications, and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams, hotel operators, and consultants
- Full professional proficiency in Greek and English, with a collaborative and professional work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills emphasizing teamwork
- Exceptional client presentation abilities and strong verbal, listening, and writing skills, coupled with a highly organized approach to managing fast-paced work environments
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office, with additional 3D skills (3D Max, Sketchup, Rhino, etc.) considered a plus
- Ability to work at a very fast pace, prioritizing time and resources effectively, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to meeting project deadlines
