well-established hotel in Athens, is looking for a Front Office & Revenue
Manager.

🖋️You will be
reporting to: Hotel Management team
Your work will include:
The Front Office & Revenue Manager
will act as a strategic partner in both revenue optimization and front office
leadership, contributing to the hotel’s overall performance and guest
satisfaction.
More specifically:
- Managing pricing, availability, bookings, and
inquiries across OTA platforms
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring
pricing strategies
- Daily, monthly, and annual forecasting and
budgeting
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance
indicators
- Conducting market and competitor rate analysis
- Applying yield management and demand-driven
pricing techniques
- Ensuring exceptional guest service standards
at all touchpoints
- Overseeing all front desk operations
(check-in, check-out, reservations, room allocation, etc.)
- Recruiting, training, supervising, and
mentoring the Front Office team
- Preparing weekly and monthly staff schedules
in compliance with Greek Labor Law
- Proactively managing guest complaints and
special requests
- Coordinating contracts and operations for
events hosted at the hotel
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies,
security procedures, and brand standards
- Ensuring GDPR compliance in all guest data
handling processes
