As a Project Officer your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and tracking R&D projects, design changes, and manufacturing process improvements. 
• Creating, managing, and monitoring project tasks and records within our electronic Quality Management System (QMS) software.
• Organizing and leading Change Control Board (CCB) meetings for the review and approval of changes. 
• Facilitating effective cross-functional coordination between R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, and Procurement. 
• Following up on tasks assigned to team members to ensure timely delivery. 
• Supporting the introduction of design changes into production, managing rollout strategies and material stock. 
• Authoring project documentation, maintaining meeting minutes, and preparing reports for funded projects.

For the Project Officer's position you need to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline). 
• 3+ years of experience in R&D, engineering, or product development. 
• Εxperience from product or manufacturing oriented projects will be considered as an asset.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and design change processes. 
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken). 
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
