Demi Chef de Partie (à la carte and buffet restaurants)
Location: Ouranoupolis, Chalkidiki
The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the company’s standards and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Support the Chef de Partie or the Sous Chef in the daily schedule, cook all dishes according to recipes and menu specifications; follow instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for all working areas, equipment, waste disposal and storage
• Control food stock and assist in ordering food items and products required for the smooth operation of the department; support the control of food cost
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
• Complete daily checks of all mis-en-place to ensure freshness and quality standards
• Carry out any other duties as required by management team
• Follow at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
