We are seeking an individual who is committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism, possesses excellent teamwork skills, and ensures the seamless alignment of all departments with our hotel's policies.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with a preference for those with a background in 4* to 5* hotels. Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Front Desk Agent role.
• Demonstrated professionalism and dedication to maintaining high standards.

• Familiarity with the policies and operational procedures of upscale hotels.
• Previous experience in a 4* to 5* hotel is highly desirable.
• Team player with good collaboration skills to coordinate with various hotel departments.

• Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
