Marketing & Reporting Officer

ALX Greece, based in Athens, Greece has an opening for "Marketing & Reporting Officer", responsible for marketing tasks (including market research), official reporting to HQ, local management support, internal & external communication, and composing studies and reports.  

Description of Responsibilities

The person will handle duties and responsibilities which are either included or related to the above employment description. The position also includes executive support to the company’s director and in general office management.

Main Job Tasks: 

• Communicating with partners to achieve day to day smooth operation of social networks – updating, question answering, troubleshooting 
• Email marketing – list maintenance, segmentation, execution, monitoring 
• Data input – dependent on organization’s particular needs 
• Compiling and distributing statistical information and market reports 
• Writing reports and similar documents 
• Organizing presentations 
• Assisting with promotional activities - partners - external agencies - trade show, conference and event planning 
• Creating or updating software files - Communicating with external service providers 
• Manage spreadsheets - Maintain records - Screening calls - Scheduling 
• Write correspondence - Answer questions and requests 
• Make travel and meeting arrangements 
• Provide executive assistant support to general management 
• Follow customer relations

To be considered as a candidate for this position you should fulfill the following prerequisites:

• have minimum 5-year work experience in similar role and duties 
• have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Science Disciplines
• be absolutely fluent in English (spoken and written) 
• be experienced in composing reports and market studies
