The responsibilities of the Technical Support Engineer are the following:
- Provide technical support to the service network and service technicians in the field
- Manage and control warranty claims
- Assist the service network in identifying spare parts and optimizing stock
- Conduct technical training sessions for service center technicians
- Periodically visit service centers to check and improve quality levels based on defined performance indicators and required standards
- Report technical and quality issues to headquarters
- Manage local spare parts replenishment and inventory
- Collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
For the Technical Support Engineer role, you need to have:
- Degree in engineering or a related field
- Very good command of the Greek and English language
- Familiarity with PC programs, including MS Office
- 3+ years of professional experience in industrial environment
- Technical knowledge on Plumbing and HVAC systems
