Senior QA Automation Engineer (5850/SQAAE/ESS/GR)
The role:
The Senior QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automated testing solutions that ensure the quality and reliability of the organization’s digital products. The role will actively contribute to new implementations based on the team backlog and support continuous quality improvement across multiple systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Participate in new implementations based on the team backlog, including the DGE project, covering both UI and API/backend testing.
- Develop and execute performance, load, and stress testing scenarios for REST APIs and WebSocket services.
- Automate Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities by implementing automated workflows and pipelines in collaboration with the DevOps team.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, automation strategies, and testing standards across the team.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
