As a Residence Manager your responsibilities include:

• Oversee and optimize daily operations to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience through personalized service, prompt issue resolution, and attention to detail.
• Uphold and enforce high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality.
• Assist in budget preparation, cost control measures, and revenue maximization strategies.
• Participate in various task force initiatives, including pre-opening preparations, renovation projects, and process improvements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
• Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping services.

For the position of Residence (Villa) Manager, we asking the following requirements are requested:

• Proficiency in property management systems and relevant software.
• Proficiency in English.
• Relevant certifications and training in hospitality management.
• BA or MSc degree in Hospitality/Tourism sector.
• Strong numerical and financial knowledge
• Experience in planning and budgeting
