"Sweets Distribution Roshen " deals with the official import and sales of Ukrainian chocolate and confectionery products of the "ROSHEN" brand in the Hellenic Republic.

• Purchase all the necessary products from the main supplier of the company;
• Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels
• Track and optimize orders, movement of goods and transport from supplier to the warehouse;
• Manage the article master data records
• Prepare all necessary documentation and information related to the import;
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing
• Communication with internal and external parties on a daily basis
• Process requisitions and update management on status of orders
• Analyze demand trends and supporting senior management in forecasting;
• Prepare regular reports and analyses

• Experience with FMSG products is a big advantage;
• Very good command of English (written and verbal);
• Responsibility, self-initiative, organization and ability to work in a team;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

• Good computer literacy - MS Office, ERP
