ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking for Czech/Slovak Speakers.
Our client is a global BPO leader in customer support providing customized strategies for innovative brands.


📌 Location: Athens
📍 Working Model: hybrid or onsite
🖋️You will be reporting to Customer Service Supervisor

What you will do:
As a Czech/Slovak Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

More specifically:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

What we are looking for:

  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak language (C1-C2 level).
  • Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative.
