Night Auditor

Mykonos Princess Hotel, a 5* Lifestyle Boutique Hotel, is currently seeking to recruit a professional for the position of Night Auditor.

• Responsible for welcoming guests arriving late at night and performing check-in procedures
• Responsible for early check out procedures
• Check figures, postings and documents for accuracy
• Verifies all account postings and balances
• Verifies that room rates are correct and posts those rates to guest accounts
• Completing daily tasks, in coordination with the other shifts
• Must have complete knowledge of the services available at the hotel, as well as emergency procedures
• Responding to guests’ requests, handling complaints and informing supervisor accordingly
• Prints up and files reservations for the next business day
• Performing other duties, as assigned by the management

• Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism will be considered as an asset 
• At least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in a 4 or 5* Boutique Hotel.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
• Ability to multitask
• Must have the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
• Excellent MS Office & PMS skills
