SAP Logistics Expert (Thiva)
Job Description
- Provide 1st & 2nd level support to users & Key users.
- Find solutions out of existing system functionality in order to cover new business needs, taking into account global requirements
- Analyze new requirements, design integrative solutions and suggest improvements on existing systems functionality in order to optimize them
- Implements as many as possible of the approved system changes in order to save cost of external implementation
- Manage the communication with internal stakeholders and external consultants
- Write specifications for new requirements
- Monitor changes implementations & enhancements on SAP system
- Responsible for testing (unit & integration tests) and releasing new solutions for productive use
- Participate in SAP roll-outs & Logistics projects
- Training of personnel in the different SAP areas (MM/SD/WM)
