As a Recruitment Consultant in our multilingual team you will manage relationships with our large and well-known client base along with sourcing and matching new candidates to our multilingual roles. You will be surrounded by a successful, stable and supportive team that wants to see you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing and publishing job adverts
- End to end candidate management including;
- Screening and assessing candidates for appropriate positions
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitable for clients
- Screen and assess candidates with various assessment tools
- Coordinate interviews with clients
- Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline within your scope of specialty
- Utilize new technologies to find best candidates
- Contract management
