Purchasing Specialist (6 month contract)
Job Description
• Coordinate operations for Bulgarian Office
• Order placement to factories
• Sales Department Support
• Shipment and Delivery
• Bulgarian Warehouse stock availability and control
• Purchase order cycle follow up
• Ensure on time delivery/shipment of products
• Handling of Company’s transactions
• Evaluation of suppliers
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Supply Chain sector
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position preferably in a multinational company
• Knowledge of purchasing policies and practices
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Fluency in English language
• Knowledge of Bulgarian will be an asset
• Familiarity with ERP systems is recommended
