Pricing/Billing Analyst

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a big multinational company in the FMCG sector, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Pricing/Billing Analyst (ref.code: 722/62328)

(One year contract)

Job Description

·         Accountable for databases accuracy and timely maintenance to ensure a flawless stream from order entry to billing

·         Execute the billing process and master credit/debit note processes

·         Responsible for code creation and code activation process

·         Create the product/customer rebates based on the input from the customer teams

·         Create the price list that will be communicated to the customer via the customer team

·         Ensure all maintenance is done in accordance with approved procedures (internal audit rules)

·         Responsible for the eco tax declaration of all product packaging shipped in the market based on the information provided by the plants

·       Graduate TEI/AEI

·       One (1) to three (3) years of working experience in a multinational company would be appreciated

·       Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal communication)  

·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite

·       Excellent knowledge of any ERP program, experience in SAP would be appreciated

·       Ability to work under pressure and handling of multiple priorities
