Multilingual Recruiting Manager
Job Description
• Builds effective partnerships with business, HR COEs, GBS teams to enable flawless customer service
• Identifies talent acquisition issues and develop corrective action plans quickly and communicate transparently with the business and HR clients
• Leads and develops team of specialists managing segment of regional recruitment ensuring quality and adherence to SLA’s.
• Designs and optimizes recruiting strategies to deliver against division talent requirements and strategic priorities including diversity
• Builds resourcing strategy to monitor and plan, which prioritizes consistent service delivery and hiring manager experience
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidates Profile
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience performing regional responsibilities in large, multi-national corporate or outsourcing environment
• Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English and at least one other language (German, Hungarian, French, Dutch, Turkish, Polish, Spanish, Czech, Romanian, Croatian, Bulgarian or Italian) to CEF B2, C2/C1/B2 level
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to a wide range of audiences at all levels of the organization
• Proactive, resourceful, resilient, focused on continuous improvement
