Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a qualified Digital project manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day- to- day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications and advertising campaigns.

For this position, we expect you to be a tech- savvy professional with an in- depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills.

Location: Athens, Neo Psychiko

• Provide end- to- end project management
• Scope project requirements and prepare budget
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on- time, within scope and within budget
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
• Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• High attention to detail including proven ability to document requirements and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to think strategically and ask the right, sometimes difficult questions.
• Strong team- orientation, no egos allowed!
• A keen eye for design with creative passion.
• Superior written communications skills (English and Greek)
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment where continuous innovation is a way of life

• Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
• Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
• Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues

• Proven work experience as a Digital project manager
• Work experience in advertising, media, journalism, digital platforms, consumer electronics, user experience design, and fashion and digital retail.
• Experience managing complex projects and programs that have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience developing cross- channel marketing campaigns in fashion, retail, lifestyle, youth marketing, entertainment, health and tech fields.
