Περιγραφή

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational company in the FMCG sector, for two (2) dynamic professionals to cover the following positions:

Customer Service Representatives
(Kifisia, Attiki)

Job Description
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide premium customer care service
• Provide accurate and complete information on clients’ as well as on the other departments’ requests
• Follow the company’s communication procedures, guidelines, and policies regarding customer service

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience of at least one (1) year in customer service
• Good knowledge (oral and written) in English language
• Computer literacy, including MS Office application
• Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
