We are seeking to employ for an
open-ended employment contract, an enthusiastic entry-level
in-house Service Desk Agent. His/her main scope will be to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking IT technical assistance.
Key accountabilities:- Serve as the first contact point of customers seeking IT technical assistance
- Categorize and direct customer service requests to the applicable engineering team in an effective and professional manner
- Develop an understanding of Algosystems’ services portfolio and service contracts
- Comply with standard help desk procedures including proper use of Algosystems internal ticketing system
- Coordinate site visits between engineering teams and customers
- Implement back office duties, such as reporting, and documentation
- Contribute to KPIs defined by the Service Delivery Manager
