Περιγραφή

Algosystems S.A. is a leading solutions provider and system integrator with 34 years of solid presence in Greece, with extensive experience and expertise that extends to a very wide range of solutions in the market of Information & Communications, Automation & Control as well as Metrology.

We are seeking to employ for an open-ended employment contract, an enthusiastic entry-level in-house Service Desk Agent. His/her main scope will be to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking IT technical assistance.

Key accountabilities:
  • Serve as the first contact point of customers seeking IT technical assistance
  • Categorize and direct customer service requests to the applicable engineering team in an effective and professional manner
  • Develop an understanding of Algosystems’ services portfolio and service contracts
  • Comply with standard help desk procedures including proper use of Algosystems internal ticketing system
  • Coordinate site visits between engineering teams and customers
  • Implement back office duties, such as reporting, and documentation
  • Contribute to KPIs defined by the Service Delivery Manager

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional qualifications and working experience:
  • Academic education with qualifications in Office Administration, Computer Science or relative. IEK or TEI University Degree
  • Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
  • Excellent written and oral command of English and Greek
  • Internship in relevant Service/Help desk oriented positions will be considered a plus
