Travel Agent Operations Officer

Cretan Holidays S.A., one of the largest and most innovative DMC in Greece,, is currently seeking to recruit employees for the position of Operations Officer.

Job description:

• Prepare and operate Transfer & Excursion services
• Support the Reps on Excursion Sales and look after new Excursion Opportunities
• Communicate with suppliers daily and build a qualitative relationship with them
• Occasional acting as Airport assistant, ensuring the comfortable & on-time arrival and departure of Cretan Holidays guests
• Secure the efficiency of the operational services

What we look for:

• Work experience of minimum 2 years at related position
• Bachelor degree
• Computer literacy on MS-Office
• Fluency in English. German or French language is an asset
• Customer service attitude
• Team worker
• Communication skills
• Driving license holder
• Permanent resident in Zakynthos 

Work place:

• Branch office in Zakynthos city
