Join our international team as a Photo & Video Editor for permanent employment.

Photo & Video editor responsibilities include:

• Review and select photos & videos for editing based on requirements and Nammos brand guidelines.
• Retouch and enhance images & videos using photo & video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Adjust colors, exposure, and composition to improve the overall quality of images.
• Remove imperfections, blemishes, and distractions from photos.
• Crop and resize images for various platforms and purposes (different SoMe channels, print).
• Collaborate with the Team of photographers and SoMe agencies to ensure consistency and cohesion in visual content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photo editing techniques.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized digital asset library and file management system according to brand guidelines.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with All Team members to understand project requirements and provide feedback as needed.

Qualifications

To be a successful Photo & Video editor you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo/video editing software.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in a similar position (Portfolio showcasing previous work in photo/video editing and retouching.)
• Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with a team
