Location: Athens International Airport, Spata
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Analyze sales reports and trends to make informed business decisions
Customer Service Excellence:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide information on products, promotions, and services
- Ensure customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly
Sales and Upselling:
- Actively engage in sales activities to achieve targets
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest products and services
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of merchandise
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
Stock Management:
- Monitor and replenish stock as needed
- Keep the store well-organized and visually appealing
- Conduct regular inventory checks
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment
- Provide support during busy periods or to cover breaks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English language fluency
- Extra knowledge of other languages will be much appreciated
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills for point-of-sale transactions
