Food & Beverage Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the F&B Outlets (restaurants, bars, dispense bars, and theatre) ensuring smooth functioning.
- Lead the supervisory team, provide clear direction, and align expectations with departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure that employees are knowledgeable about and follow F&B policies and procedures to uphold high standards and deliver excellent service.
- Monitor inventories for operational equipment and supplies, ensure the F&B Department is adequately stocked and conduct monthly inventory checks.
- Allocate resources efficiently (staff, equipment, supplies).
- Ensure compliance with ISO22000 standards. Ensure that health and safety standards are met and promote a safe work environment for employees.
- Maintain excellent levels of customer service by fostering positive relationships with guests. Address any guest complaints, requests, or inquiries that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive working environment, promote collaboration among employees and encourage employee engagement.
- Stay informed about food and beverages trends, industry innovations and best practices. Seek opportunities to improve and adapt to changing customer preferences.
- Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
