Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Digital Sourcing Specialist in this role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Plan and manage company's overall sourcing strategy in coordination with Recruitment Coordinator
  • Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to increase network with potential candidates
  • Design and execute a digital sourcing plan
  • Build and implement social media campaigns and google ads
  • Negotiate pricing and control costs
  • Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
  • Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire, costs and time-to-fill
In order for your profile to match the Digital Sourcing Specialist position you need to have the following skills:
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in digital media planning
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant field
  • MSc Degree in Digital Marketing will be an asset
  • First-hand experience in developing, implementing and optimizing Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads Campaigns
  • At least one Google Ads certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both Greek & English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment
