Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, to patrons according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and engaging in conversation to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new drink recipes and promotions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment, preferably with knowledge of craft cocktails and mixology techniques.
- Tourism related studies, bartending seminars etc.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Must be fluent in both Greek and English.
