The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

• leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

• acting as the go-to HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices
• collaborating with stakeholders and leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success
• managing and optimizing onboarding programs, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the company
• overseeing employee benefits administration, ensuring accurate processing and communication of compensation and benefits
• supporting managers in implementing people strategies, including performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, handling personnel matters with confidentiality and professionalism
• contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience

The ideal candidate for this HR Business Partner position should have:

• about 3-5 years of broad generalist HR experience gained across a variety of businesses, markets, cultures
• university/college degree (HR or Business-related studies preferred)
• proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• hands-on experience across key HR disciplines

Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation

• Ability to anticipate, identify, diagnose and resolve employee issues affecting business performance

• Ability to work independently with tight timelines and multiple priorities

• Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organisation

• Highly self-motivated
