Front Desk Agent
Position Requirements:
- Checking guests in and out
- Taking payments
- Ensure the smooth running of the reception during the shift
- Assisting with out-of-hours reservations enquiries when applicable
- Answering guest queries and offering help wherever needed
- Liaise with other key departments to ensure the daily smooth running of the operations
- Full professional English and Greek oral and written communication skills
- Pleasant and friendly personality with the ability to smile even when under pressure
- ble to work in a fast paced environment within a team
- High level of patience, customer care skills and empathy
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A higher education degree in Hospitality Management
- Previous, at least 2 years 5-star hotel experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Pylon PMS is an asset
- Fluency in French will be highly appreciated
- Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for other agents and associates
- Resolve customer complications and complaints by conducting thorough research of the situation and determining the most effective solutions
