Cretan Holidays S.A. one of the largest and most innovative DMC is currently seeking to recruit employees for the position Operations Officer for her offices in Thessaloniki.

Job description: 

• Prepare and operate Transfer & Excursion services
• Support the Reps on excursion sales
• Secure the quality of the service
• Communicate with suppliers efficiently
• Occasional acting as Airport assistant, ensuring the comfortable & on-time arrival and departure of Cretan Holidays guests

• Work experience of minimum 3 years at related position
• Bachelor degree
• Computer literacy on MS-Office
• Fluency in English
• German language is an asset
• Customer service attitude
• Communication skills
• Driving license holder
