Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

• Manage the company's digital community across multiple channels, including social media platforms, reviews, comments, messages, and customer requests.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of newsletters, promotional campaigns, and the social media content calendar.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments, external agencies, and third-party partners to ensure the successful and timely execution of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

• Monitor and update the corporate website, coordinating content creation, revisions, and ongoing improvements to support marketing objectives.

• Prepare and organize marketing communication materials, reports, briefs, presentations, and other related documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across digital and traditional channels.

• Maintain and manage marketing assets, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.

• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to support marketing decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Assist in the coordination of events, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of previous experience in a Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications role.

• Good understanding of digital marketing principles and hands-on experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, Canva, or similar applications.

• Experience in digital advertising campaigns will be considered an asset.

• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and verbal.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
