The responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager are the following:

• Regular visits to clients in accordance with accepted principles of segmentation
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to expand market share
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events in the area assigned
• Preparing commercial and technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Preparing reports for head office
• Recording and maintaining client contact data
• Spreading any commercial information among target Customers and monitor their activity and engagement

The ideal candidate for the position of Area Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• 3+ years of professional experience in sales, preferably on HVAC systems
• Degree in engineering or a related field 
• Proven success selling into complex sales environments with both business and technical buyers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
• Very good command of the Greek and English language (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with PC programs, including MS Office
