In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to develop your career within world-class hospitality establishments, rendering top-tier service in either a legendary, daylight-flooded grand lounge (famed for its afternoon teas and refined ambiance) or a sophisticated, cosmopolitan hotel lobby bar known for its signature cocktails and high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating, and maintain an elegant, attentive, and unobtrusive presence on the floor.
- Assist the Head Waiters and Captains in delivering seamless food and beverage service according to strict 5-star luxury standards.
- Ensure the flawless preparation, cleanliness, and organization of the station, tables, silverware, and glassware before, during, and after service.
- Develop a solid understanding of the menu offerings, including afternoon tea rituals, premium spirits, and light dining options, to assist guests with basic inquiries.
- Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Adhere strictly to all luxury brand service standards, as well as health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
