Your main purpose
Mission: As a Bellboy, you will design tailored welcome experiences to our customers by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.
Tailored service: Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms. Drive guests around the resort using club cars. Provide information to guests regarding facilities, events, and services. Collaborate in any other task as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
What will you bring
- Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
- Proven experience as a Bellboy, ideally in a 5* resort or hotel environment.
- Fluency in English. Good command of another language would be a plus.
- Valid European Driving license B´class.
