Your main purpose
Mission: As a Room Division Agent, you will design tailored welcome and hospitality experiences for our customers by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.
Your job as a Room division agent at Sani/Ikos Group is vital in upholding privacy in a world where it is often forgotten, creating an atmosphere that embodies our quest for extraordinary guest satisfaction.
Your responsibilities far exceed just that; you curate spaces and relations that mirror our dedication to comfortable, unforgettable privacy. These positions are essential in keeping our unrivaled standards and creating a culture where every individual on the team plays a part in delivering the epitome of luxurious service.
What will you bring
- Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
- Proven experience in any Room Division department or position as a Front Office, Guest Relation, Bellboy, Concierge, or Supervisors. ideally in a 5* resort or hotel environment.
- Fluency English Level. Good command of another language would be a plus.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
