Key Responsibilities for this Talent Acquisition Specialist include:
  • executing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding
  • collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • utilizing various recruitment channels and tools to attract diverse candidates and build a talent pipeline
  • conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
  • managing candidate relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • contributing to the design, implementation, and enhancement of the company's Learning and Development programs
  • supporting the creation of training materials, workshops, and initiatives aimed at employee skill development and growth
  • collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement learning solutions that align with business objectives

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Specialist position should have:

  • university/college degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • excellent knowledge on the Greek and English language
  • familiarity with sourcing techniques and strategies (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • experience with job board platforms and social media recruitment channels
  • ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to measure performance
  • understanding of employer branding principles and strategies
  • experience in designing and implementing recruitment campaigns and strategies
  • familiarity with assessment tools and techniques for candidate evaluation
