Πολιτικός Μηχανικός / Civil Engineer - Έργα Ακινήτων

An international real estate company managing investment projects for Greek and overseas investors is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer for central Athens and the surrounding areas.

The role:

Initial project programming and on-site physical feasibility surveys of properties prior to acquisition

Cost estimates, budget forecasts and full budget control

Managing and supervising contractors and suppliers

Handling permits and licensing: building permits via e-Άδειες, ΥΔΟΜ liaison, legalisations / settlement of unauthorised works, Electronic Building Identity, ΠΕΑ

Degree in Civil Engineering

3+ years' hands-on experience in project supervision and execution - required

Proven experience with public authorities, permits and legalisations - required

Fluent English (reporting to international investors) - required

AutoCAD, MS Office; confident reading and revising technical drawings

Driving licence and ability to travel daily between sites in central Athens

Advantages: TEE membership with a valid professional practice licence; good knowledge of the Athens residential renovation market.

ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΑ: τουλάχιστον 3 έτη εμπειρίας σε επίβλεψη και εκτέλεση έργων, εμπειρία σε αδειοδοτήσεις και δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών, AutoCAD, δίπλωμα οδήγησης.

ΕΠΙΘΥΜΗΤΑ: μέλος ΤΕΕ με άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος, γνώση της αγοράς ανακαινίσεων στην Αθήνα.
