The luxury Branco Mykonos is seeking an: Assistant Restaurant Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Approach and interact with guests in the correct manner as laid out by Hotel Standards
- Detailed knowledge and presentation of Branco menu items and cooking methods
- Assist waiters and follow their directions during the operation
- Serve food & beverages according to Hotel Service Standards
- Clean and set up tables timely
- Keep the workstations and sections organized and stocked
- Check up on guests to ensure they are satisfied
- Ensure high quality service and promote guest experience
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
- Follow all hygiene regulations and customer service guidelines
