Α&M is looking for an ambitious and passionate
Mechanical Engineer to join our
MEP design team and work closely with the design and construction team.
Responsibilities- Implementation of MEP design services for various projects of different typologies (residential, offices, hospitality, commercial spaces)
- Compilation of MEP Tender documents (Technical Descriptions/Specifications, Measurements / Cost Estimations)
- Due Diligence Technical Report preparation and assessment of MEP installations
- Supervision to MEP installations of Construction projects
Requirements:
- A degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years minimum of MEP building design experience in the consulting engineering industry
- Knowledge in MEP computing software use
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in English both written and oral
- Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
