A well-established incoming Tour Operator based in Kallithea, Attiki, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Air Ticketing Executive with good knowledge of Global Distribution System (GDS) platforms to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing flight reservations for both groups and FIT (Free Independent Travelers)
- Issuing, reissuing, and cancelling air tickets
- Handling ticket changes, amendments, and related requests
- Applying airline fare rules and ensuring compliance with ticketing procedures and industry regulations
- Managing ad hoc requests and providing timely solutions to operational needs
- Coordinating with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in air ticketing and travel agency operations
- Good working knowledge of GDS platforms, especially SABRE
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Additional languages, particularly Spanish, will be considered an advantage
- Good understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and industry regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach
