IT Administrator

We are actively looking to enrich our team (based in Athens) with an enthusiastic, persistent and highly IT Administrator, willing to contribute to the company’s vision and success.

• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Administer the company's Salesforce CRM system, including user management, security settings, and data integrity
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect the company's data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats
• Provide technical support to employees, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems and applications
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and user manuals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT administration

Main qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Experience with Windows server administration
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
