Bartender

As a Bartender at alma beach, you will be responsible for delivering refined, high-quality beverage experiences in a calm and elegant beach club environment. With creativity, precision and professionalism, you will play a key role in shaping the alma beach bar identity and guest experience.

alma beach opens in May and is a luxury, tranquil beach club, combining exceptional food quality, high-end service and an elegant natural setting. Our philosophy is centered around comfort, discretion and premium guest experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, beverages and coffees to high-quality standards.
• Ensuring consistency, presentation and efficiency in all bar operations.
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of the beverage menu and product offerings.
• Managing bar mise en place, stock levels and equipment.
• Collaborating closely with the service team to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization and hygiene of the bar area.
• Handling guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality.

• Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in a luxury beach club, bar or restaurant.
