Senior Accountant (Heraklion Based)
Job Description
• Processing of accounting records
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Prepare parts of financial statements
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Invoicing and reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
• Support close process
• Creating and updating expense reports
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
• Maintain digital and physical financial records.
• Prepare, review and file payroll documents.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Previous working experience at least (5) years in hospitality or Financial/ Tax/ Accounting Services
• Fluency in Greek and English language
• PC literacy (with focus in ERPs and Excel)
• Initiative and problem-solving ability
• Analytical and synthetic thinking
• Organizational ability to perform tasks according to predetermined schedules
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive collaborative approach to sharing ideas and finding solutions – Teamwork spirit
• Adaptability and flexibility
